Delazzaro® Product Warranty Policy

At Delazzaro®, we make sure every order is carefully checked before shipping. If there is an issue with your product, we are here to help.


What We Cover

You can request support if:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • There is a manufacturing defect

  • You receive the wrong product

  • An item is missing from your order

Please report the issue within 7 days of delivery.


What You Need

To process your request, please provide:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Clear photos or a short video showing the issue

  • The product in original, unused condition


What Is Not Covered

We do not cover:

  • Damage after delivery

  • Normal wear and use

  • Improper handling or misuse

  • Changes made to the product

  • Change of mind or personal preference


What We Will Do

After review, Delazzaro® will:

  • Replace the product, or

  • Repair the product, or

  • Offer store credit (if replacement is not possible)


Important Notes

  • This policy applies to original purchases only

  • Products must be bought from authorized Delazzaro® sellers

  • Final approval is decided by Delazzaro®
